To the editor:
In a recent Speak Out comment, someone said there are Christians who go to church on Sundays and are unfaithful to their spouses during the week, implying that Christians do not live up to the profession of their faith.
Do such critics ever think about the fact that such sins have been going on at all times? There was Judas the traitor, one of the 12 apostles, who shamefully betrayed Christ for 30 pieces of silver. Yet there were 11 apostles who remained faithful.
My point is this: Do we ever hear the good points about Christians who do not commit the above-mentioned sins but are faithful to their Savior and their profession of faith?
