The Marquette that has been standing empty for a number of years carries many precious memories. Today, however, a glimmer of joy is seen. Much of Broadway will become alive again. Business and activity will show a decided increase and upturn.

The Marquette is being renovated and in the near future will have more spaciousness and more elegance. At the same time, it will carry with it the fine qualities as before.
