Recent articles and comments in Speak Out prompt me to se the record straight concerning my contact with Amy Randol. It is true that I "raised (my) his voice and became angry" with Ms. Randol. The central office had been distracted from pressing administrative activities for over six months in order to meet ongoing requests for information. After a particularly difficult exchange with her, my frustration overwhelmed by better judgment. For the record, she did not leave the premises. I apologized, and she accepted that apology.
