To the editor: On behalf of the Cape Girardeau Cable Television Advisory Board, I would like to publicly thank Roy Jones for his dedicated service for the past 10 years. He has been a dedicated member who worked diligently in franchise renegotiations, policy development and usefulness of the cable-access channel. He always worked in the best interest of the subscribers and was a great asset to this board...
