LETTERS: PARTNERS IN EDUCATION

To the editor:

The teachers of Millersville Attendance Center would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks to the parents and students for their special efforts and thoughts during the recent celebration of Teacher Appreciation Week.

The events were organized by four wonderful ladies, Pam Jenkins, Stephanie Welker and Kim Houseman along with Millersville's outstanding building assistant, Cindi Hobeck. These ladies are tireless workers in their efforts in support of the students and faculty of our school.

We feel very fortunate to work with all of the parents and students of our "small" school. It is a very special place, and each day we become richer as we build fond memories. While we felt especially honored during Teacher Appreciation Week, we want our parents and students to know that they make us feel appreciated every day.

We would like to thank our parents for working as our partners in recognizing the importance of education for their children.
