LETTERS: JESSE RAMSEY WAS A CARING ADVOCATE

To the editor:

A special friend and caring advocate of all children, Dr. Jesse Ramsey, has been taken from us. Jesse was a man of compassion. Many anxious and helpless parents were made to feel hopeful, knowing that having their children in the hands of Dr. Jesse was the best they could have hoped or prayed for.

Jesse was a bright and articulate physician who was deeply respected by his peers and associates. To students of medicine, as well as students of life, Jesse taught us well.

I will miss most those eyes of joy, sadness and compassion.

The Lord has called a magnificent friend, husband, father and physician to assist him with all the little ones who are in heaven. Surely all the angels above, including his Lexie, greeted this newcomer with open arms.
