To the editor:

Girl Scouts of Otahki Council is very appreciative of the donation of the YELL Foundation for the Girl Scout's media know-how program.

Girls will work on fun activities and learn new skills related to literacy and the media. The program will help girls become media literate and think critically about the media.

Girl Scouting develops confidence and resilience in the young women of today. Young women with Girl Scout training will become the capable, competent and caring leaders of the future. Thanks to its generous support, the YELL Foundation has helped shape our future and our youths.
