To the editor:I am a firm supporter of all our law-enforcement agencies, but I am disturbed by the extent the drug laws have given unreasonable authority to our officials. It sets the stage for legal abuse of the innocent.When the Highway Patrol, Drug Enforcement Agency, FBI or anyone wearing a badge can stop us and take our money and divided it among themselves and never charge us with anything, that's an awful lot like a police state.W.T.
