Star ThrowersAs the old man walked along the beach in the early morning sunlight, he could see someone far down the beach flinging something into the ocean. Time and time again, the person would bend over, pick up something, stand up and throw it into the water. Finally, the old man caught up to the young man and asked him why he was doing this. The young man replied that the starfish would die if left in the morning sun."But the beach goes on for miles, and there are millions of starfish," retorted the old man. "How can you really expect to make a difference?"The young man looked at the starfish he was holding in his hand, and as he tossed it into the safety of the ocean waves he replied, "It makes a difference to this one."Be a star thrower.
