It is almost beyond my comprehension that as our troops are putting their lives on the line that there would be meetings to see if our president knew anything about the horror that was to happen on 9-11.

I was in high school when World War II was declared. I remember very vividly when President Roosevelt announced that war had been declared. Almost immediately the U.S. people rallied around him and signed up for different areas of service. I do not remember that anyone blamed the president for the war, nor did they think he was responsible for it.

What do you think our enemies think about what we are putting our president through now? Why is our country so divided? If we don't once again join together to do what the troops were sent to do, we will fail in many ways. God bless America, and let the president do what we elected him to do.

May we all rally around the president and once more be a peaceful nation.
