In response to the story "Drurys help in $375,000 donation to Nicaragua needy": I want to thank the family for the help and ask that they administer the money. Nicaragua is a corrupt country, and many donations end up in the pockets of government officials. The corruption is rampant because the judicial power, from the supreme court justices to judges, is a system of bribes and influence. There is no justice in Nicaragua. Two justices stole openly $609,000 from narcos, and no one -- the other justices, the district attorney, prosecutors, the police -- said anything or complained about it. That is why we have poor people in Nicaragua.
