Keep one-pay option for festival

To the editor:

I'm saddened to hear of the change in the City of Roses Festival. It is always one of the year's highlights for me. I'm sure the outside stages and bars will still have a great setup, but I really liked the pay-once bracelets. Please reconsider. I don't want to have to pay every time I walk into a different place. I like that freedom.
