The expansion would create 117 jobs at the plant, which currently employs 325 people. M&W has seen rapid growth since it opened the plant in 1990 near Procter & Gamble Paper Products Co. It owes a lot of the growth to P&G because it does a lot of P&G's packaging.

It appears a recent trip to Germany by county officials to discuss the financial arrangement has paid off, and the county can look forward to M&W's continued growth.
