To the editor: Paula Kempe, writing in this space, complained about the incident during halftime at last year's Super Bowl in which the breast of a female no-talent was exposed, accidentally or intentionally, by a male no-talent. I would be surprised if the incident lasted as much as three seconds. All adults and most kids know what a breast looks like. The exceptions are those children who were bottle-fed...
