Family needs prayers, help

To the editor:

In response to the article "Cody's boo-boo": All of us who think life is hard and sometimes not worth living need this reality check. My prayers and support go out to this family and this little boy. I have three children myself, live in sunny southern California and complain about things sometimes too often. This family is struggling to make ends meet and struggling to make the way to a better life for their son. I pray God's blessing's upon them, and I pray that the community would rise up and take hold of this family and care for them. I have e-mailed my friends and have asked them to pray for this family. I ask you as the community to pray and help as well.
