Display flag on national holidays

To the editor:

We as a nation celebrated our nation's birthday this week. When a person drives through towns and cities, it's pathetic to see so few homes displaying the American flag on our nation's holidays. Come on, fellow Americans. We're living in the most blessed nation on earth. Let's proudly display our nation's flag at least on our national holidays. If you cannot afford a large flag, even a small one displayed from a porch post or a window will show your support and appreciation of and for our beloved United States. God bless America.
