Crowe legacy lives on

Congratulations to the Southeast Missourian for a wonderful "Our Opinion" about Dr. David Crowe. I was fortunate enough to meet Dr. Crowe and his son Taylor several years ago during a television station visit.

Dr. Crowe introduced me to Taylor, who was very gracious, and, since that time, I have followed Taylor's extraordinary talents with editorial cartoons in the Missourian. After reading the amazing accomplishments of Dr. Crowe, I am only sorry that I didn't get to know him even better.

Author Chuck Palahniuk once stated,"We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will." Dr. David Crowe did just that in so many ways.
