Cook's reaction to court decision

I read with interest the different reactions and opinions to the Supreme Courts ruling printed in the Southeast Missourian paper on June 29, 2012. I was particularly interested in Bekki Cook's comments about her husband's recently scheduled colonoscopy procedure. Mrs. Cook explained that because of the Supreme Courts decision on Obamacare it will save her husband $2,000. I would like to know exactly how she came up with this great savings.
