The amendment would have eliminated $150 million of funding for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, popularly known as Metro. The vote, on June 26, was 160 yeas to 243 nays.

The amendment would have increased funding for the Department of Housing and Urban Development's Housing Counseling Assistance Program by $10 million and offset the increase with an identical cut to HUD's operations and management account. The vote, on June 26, was 184 yeas to 218 nays.

The vote, on June 28, was 402 yeas to 21 nays.

The bill would reauthorize and extend the FDA's user-fee programs for prescription drugs and medical devices and establish user-fee programs for generic drugs and biosimilars. The vote, on June 26, was 92 yeas to 4 nays.
