Cobb corrects information on chiefs

To the editor:In response to the story "Small-town police chiefs walk fine line of enforcement": Larry Corn replaced me as chief of police in Chaffee in 2002. He was replaced by David Ivester as temporary chief less than a year later (sometime in late 2003 or early 2004). And then later Jeff Womack was chief. My leaving Scott City as police chief has nothing to do with Chaffee. I have had a wonderful six years in Scott City. I was a little surprised to see me mentioned in the story. One has nothing to do with the other.
