The two smaller bags were picked up. The largest bag was left with a tag attached informing me that only two bags would be picked up. ...

To the editor:Now I understand why I'm seeing so much trash all over town. This week I placed three 30-gallon trash bags in my driveway thinking they would be picked up by the city. The two smaller bags were picked up. The largest bag was left with a tag attached informing me that only two bags would be picked up. Ironic as it may seem, that bag contained all the debris my husband and I spent all day picking up on our vacant lot and in the neighborhood where we live. I really don't think you want that redistributed.
