Australian pledges support in terrorism war

To the editor:

I was touched while reading your story about the 6-year-old boy from Brooklyn who has had such an impact on his young life from the tragic events of Sept. 11.

I share the same name as the boy, except that I am 32 years of age and live on the other side of the world in Australia.

My best wishes go to this young man and to all of our American allies. Australia will stand by your side to quash terrorism from our world.
