The so-called anti-gun crowd really isn't anti-gun at all. Many believe and support the use of -- or threat of use of -- guns by government to take the hard-earned wages of the producers of this nation in order to fund their many pet social projects. They are not at all opposed to the use of guns to take. Their objection is for the use of guns to defend oneself, family or property. They also know that by making guns illegal only the law-abiding citizens would give up their guns willingly. Criminals would simply ignore the law. This anti-gun crowd is a dangerous group of individuals. They have a robber's mentality of taking possessions through threat of death, and they want their victims disarmed.
