To the editor: My first job ever was as a curb hop at Wimpy's. Bill Lewis was my immediate supervisor. Taking a gangly teenager and teaching me how to have good work ethics and how to save a nickel I credit to Bill. After joining the Marines in 1959, I always made it a point to visit Bill. He was a little sanity and stability when I needed it. I will miss him a lot...
