MARQUAND, Mo. -- Karl Zohn Kuhlmann, 86, of Marquand passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2018, at his home.
He was born Aug. 16, 1931, in Akron, Ohio, son of Lance and Erma Conrad Kuhlmann. Zohn and Mary Jane Hawn were united in marriage June 29, 1951.
Zohn served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War as a military policeman. He was a member of the Old Union Church in Bessville, Missouri.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Jane Kuhlmann of the home; daughter, Linda Kuhlmann of Marquand; son, Tom (Carol) Kuhlmann of Marquand; five grandchildren, Julie Johnson, Jason Kuhlmann, LeAnn Qi, Brian Miinch and Taylor Miinch; and a great-grandson, Morgan Darnell.
Zohn was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Lloyd Kuhlmann; and a sister, Alta Laschober Kuhlmann.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Liley Funeral Home in Patton, Missouri.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Anthony Stewart officiating. Interment will be in the Old Union Cemetery near Bessville.
In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated to Old Union Cemetery.
