JONESBORO, Ill. - Zoe A. Nicolaides, 68, of Anna, died Saturday, Nov. 13, at the Union County Nursing Home in Anna. She was born Sept. 28, 1925, in Balcomb, Ill., to Samuel and Minnie Moak Murphy. She married Robert Nicolaides. JONESBORO, Ill. - Zoe A. Nicolaides, 68, of Anna, died Saturday, Nov. 13, at the Union County Nursing Home in Anna.
She was born Sept. 28, 1925, in Balcomb, Ill., to Samuel and Minnie Moak Murphy.
She married Robert Nicolaides. He survives, along with two sisters, Gladys Hankla and Opel Brimm, both of Anna; three brothers, Homer Murphy of Birmingham, Mich., Paul Murphy of Anna, and Corlis Murphy of Magalia, Calif.

She was preceded in death by three sisters.
Nicolaides worked 29 years as secretary and office manager for the Union County superintendent of schools. She was a member of the Christian Church of Anna.
Friends may call from 6-8 p.m., today, at Norris and Son Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, at Norris and Son Funeral Home in Jonesboro, with Steve Shepherd officiating. Burial will be Casper Cemetery, near Anna.
