ANNA, Ill. -- Zelma Mowell, 76, of Anna, died Monday, July 1, 1991, at Union County Hospital.

She was born Oct. 25, 1914, at Dongola, daughter of Jesse and Lula Karraker Lentz. She married William Mowell Aug. 15, 1934.

Mowell was a member of Anna Church of Christ.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Darius and Willard Mowell, and a daughter, Glenna Miller, all of Anna; seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Crain Funeral Chapel here. John Shelton will officiate, with burial in Christian Chapel Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. today.
