CHAFFEE -- Zada Mae Fisher, 79, Chaffee Route 1, died Monday, Nov. 2, 1992, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
She was born Feb. 2, 1913, at Randles, daughter of Rossell and Sarah Ellen Barker Hester. She and Elmer Lester Fisher were married April 20, 1931. He died Aug. 2, 1975.
Fisher moved here in 1962 from the Morley area, and was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy in Chaffee.
Survivors include three sons, Bob Fisher of Benton, Ray Fisher of Chaffee, J.R. Fisher of Dickinson, Texas; four daughters, Naomi Rion and Fay McEheny of St. Louis, Anna Hale of Greenup, Ky., Nancy Williams of Paragould, Ark.; two brothers, Clemens and Bob Hester of Chaffee; a sister, Lillian Hester of Chaffee; 25 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters and a grandson.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. The Rev. Mike Scott will officiate, with burial in New Morley Cemetery at Morley.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.
