JACKSON -- Wiona H. Hutteger, 86, of Jackson died Saturday, June 5, 1999, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Oct. 25, 1912, at New Wells, daughter of Gustav A. and Paulina M. Perr Meyr.
On March 28, 1937, she married Melvin R. Hutteger. He died Oct. 14, 1984.
She is survived by a son, Lyle Hutteger of Cape Girardeau; two daughters, Cynthia S. Lewis of Munroe Falls, Ohio, and Carolyn Bening of Jefferson City; a sister, Rosa Doberenz of Jackson; a brother, Gib Meyr of New Wells; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by 13 brothers and sisters.
She was a longtime member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jackson and was a member of the church's Ladies Aid.
Funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jackson, with the Rev. Robert Henrichs officiating. Burial will be at Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson.
