Winona L. Smith, 85, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, July 15, 2016, at her home.
She was born Oct. 7, 1930, in Webb City, Missouri, to Leland C. and Ruby York Erwin. She and Glenn Orville Smith Jr. were married June 1, 1948, at Corinth, Mississippi. He passed away Sept. 22, 1999.
Survivors include a daughter, Christine Lewis of Tampa, Florida; two sons, Jeff B. Smith of Cape Girardeau and Kevin G. Smith of Cape Girardeau; a brother, David Erwin of Salt Lake City; a sister, Pat Blackwell of Cape Girardeau; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a son, Brian Smith; and a brother, Larry Erwin.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Joe McCullough officiating. Burial will be at Cape County Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Harold O. Grauel Lodge 672 in Cape Girardeau.
