ANNA, Ill. -- Winifred "Winnie" Hartline Womick, 79, of Anna died Saturday, March 29, 2003, at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale, Ill.

She was born July 7, 1923, in Anna, daughter of Willis A. and Ada Bouton Alden Hartline. She and Theodore R. "Ted" Womick were married Nov. 20, 1943, in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Vicki Whiting of Bailey, Colo., and Betsy Stewart of Benton, Ill.; a son, Ted Womick of Anna; a brother, Bon Hartline of Anna; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Richard Ryman officiating. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.
