MORLEY, Mo. -- Winford Lowell Farrar, 78, of Morley passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2019, at his family home.
He was born Oct. 19, 1940, in Keiser, Arkansas, to William Edmond and Gracie Lee Jackson Farrar. He married Susan Dalrymple on Jan. 21, 1964, and she preceded him in death June 9, 2017.
Winford was retired from the New Madrid Power Plant in Marston, Missouri. He was a member of Morley Baptist Church in Morley.
He is survived by a brother, John E. Farrar of Texas; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Susan Farrar; a son, Shannon Farrar; two brothers, Edmond and Larry Farrar; and a sister, Caress Colevas.
Graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at New Morley Cemetery, with the Rev. David Thompson as officiant.
