PERRYVILLE -- Wilmer "Feathers" DuVall, 76, of Perryville, died Monday, Nov. 28, 1994, at his home.
He was born July 23, 1918, in Perryville, son of Lewis William and Matilda DeRoe DuVall. He and Delelah H. Hornberger were married Aug. 23, 1941. She died May 22, 1986.
DuVall had been a foreman at International Shoe Co. and at Mississippi Lime. He was a member of American Legion Post 133, VFW Post 4282, and a 3rd Degree in Knights of Columbus. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Survivors include a sister, Marie Fassold of St. Louis; three brothers, William DuVall of Perryville, Joseph DuVall of West Frankfort, Ill., and Robert DuVall of Fenton.
He was preceded in death by a sister.
Friends may call at Miller Family Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. today, and 6:30-9:50 a.m. Friday. A Knights of Columbus service will be held at 7 tonight, and the rosary will be at 9 a.m. Friday.
Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Vincent's Catholic Church, with the Rev. Kevin Fausz officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
