JACKSON -- Wilma Maxine Underwood, 72, of Jackson died Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2000 at her home.
She was born Jan. 12, 1928, at Jackson, daughter of Gerald and Lillian Mason Lewis Cravens.
She attended Lincoln Grade School and was a graduate of John S. Cobb High School in Cape Girardeau.
She and James Underwood were married Feb. 12, 1946. He preceded her in death. She attended Futrell Memorial Church of God in Christ in Jackson.
Survivors include two sisters, Kathryn Johnson and Louise Green of St. Louis; and one brother, William Lewis of Miami.
Friends may call after 11 a.m. Monday at Futrell Memorial Church of God in Christ.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the church, with Elder O. D. Boyd officiating.
The body will be cremated with interment Thursday at Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
Sparks Funeral Home of Charleston is in charge of arrangements.
