Wilma Stallings
CHARLESTON, Mo. -- Wilma M. Stallings, 89, of Charleston, formerly of Cairo, Ill., died Friday, Dec. 12, 2008, at Charleston Manor Nursing Home in Charleston.
She was born Oct. 3, 1919, in Mounds, Ill., daughter of William Paul and Mona Coleman Kekow.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She worked as personnel director at St. Mary's Hospital in Cairo before her retirement.
Survivors include a grandson and two great-granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Ed Lewis and Kenneth Stallings; and a son, Denny Lewis.
Friends may call at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo.
The service will be at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. Robert D. McCoy officiating.
Burial will be in Beechwood Cemetery in Mounds.
