OAK RIDGE -- Wilma Mae Bennett, 73, of Oak Ridge died Monday, Dec. 15, 1997, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born July 4, 1924, in DuQuoin, Ill., daughter of Hiley and Margaret "Oliver" Hodge.
Bennett was a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, George Locks of Los Angeles, Calif.; two daughters, Linda Lesh of Evansville, Ind., Sherry Welsh of Oak Ridge; a sister, Stiller Hill of DuQuoin; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at First Baptist Church from 9-11 a.m. Thursday.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with the Rev. Sedgewick officiating. Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery.
McCombs Funeral Home at Jackson is in charge of arrangements.
