Wilma B. Henson, 77, of Cape Girardeau, formerly of Bell City, died Sunday, March 22, 1992, at St. Francis Medical Center.
She was born Nov. 6, 1914, in Mississippi County, daughter of John and Burnette Raffety Swank. She married Cletus Henson April 19, 1934, in Marion, Ill.
Henson was a retired elementary teacher, member of First Baptist Church of Charleston, member and past matron of Sapphire OES Chapter at Bell City.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Brady Henson of Overland Park, Kan.; a daughter Julia Beck of Germantown, Tenn.; two sisters, Julia Davis and Ruth Hales of Cape Girardeau; a grandson, and a great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by two brothers.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance. The Rev. Doyle Stogsdill will officiate, with burial in Pleasant Grove Cemetery near Bell City.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 5:30-9 p.m. today. An Order of Eastern Star service will be held at 7.
