ADVANCE, Mo. -- Georgia "Willodean" Lloyd, 88, of Advance passed away Monday, Dec. 3, 2018, at Monticello House in Jackson.
She was born Feb. 22, 1930, at Sturdivant, Missouri, the daughter of Clyde and Pearl Watkins Corbin. Willodean and Ray Lloyd were united in marriage Feb. 24, 1957, at Greenbrier, Missouri, and he survives of the home.
Willodean grew up on a farm west of Advance. She loved cooking, gardening, flower arranging, quilting, embroidery, sewing and cake decorating. Willodean was a homemaker in her lifetime.
Survivors include her husband, Ray Lloyd; a son, William Ray Lloyd of St. Louis; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and three sisters.
Willodean is the last of her brothers and sisters from Clyde and Pearl Corbin. Her husband of 61 years, Ray, and son, Bill, now will miss her very much.
Visitation will be from noon to 1:30 p.m. Friday at Morgan Funeral Chapel.
Burial will follow at 2 p.m. at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.
