FROHNA -- Willis Carl Bremer, 70, of Frohna, died Thursday, Jan. 19, 1995, at Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. He was born May 12, 1924, at Frohna, son of Fred and Lydia C. Gerharter Bremer. FROHNA -- Willis Carl Bremer, 70, of Frohna, died Thursday, Jan. 19, 1995, at Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

He was born May 12, 1924, at Frohna, son of Fred and Lydia C. Gerharter Bremer. He and Ruth M. Grebing were married Sept. 1, 1945.

Bremer was a retired dairy farmer. He was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church and its Men's Club.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Dale Bremer of Cape Girardeau; four daughters, Sharon Kassel of Arcadia, Calif., Carolyn Schmidt of Altenburg, Linda Kieft of Azusa, Calif., Joan Walter of Jackson, and nine grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by three half brothers.

Friends may call at Young and Sons East Perry Chapel in Altenburg from 4-9 p.m. Saturday, and 6:30-11 a.m. Sunday.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Luther Herman officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
