WILLIE STATLER

JACKSON, Mo. -- Willie Marie Statler, 86, of Jackson died Monday, June 25, 2001, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born July 27, 1914, in Jackson, daughter of Alvin and Mary Francis Stewart Minton. She and John O. Statler were married July 28, 1934.

Statler was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Margie Ann Reisenbichler of Jackson; a sister, Grace Shaner of Jackson; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, three brothers, and two sisters.

Friends may call at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The Rev. Russell Rowland will officiate. Burial will be in Cape County Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau.
