MOUND CITY, Ill. -- Willie James Rowe Jr., 63 of Mound City died Sunday, Sept. 27, 2015, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at First Missionary Baptist Church in Mound City. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with pastor Luther Butler officiating.
