WILLIE B. MORGAN

Willie B. Morgan, 84, of Cape Girardeau, died Tuesday, Nov. 10, 1992, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. She was born Aug. 24, 1908, in Ripley, Tenn., daughter of Dave and Ardella Reed Glenn. She married Samuel Morgan, who preceded her in death. Survivors include a brother, Reed Barbee of Chicago; 30 nieces and nephews including Charlene Gafford of Cape Girardeau, with whom she made her home, and 60 great-nieces and nephews...

Willie B. Morgan, 84, of Cape Girardeau, died Tuesday, Nov. 10, 1992, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

She was born Aug. 24, 1908, in Ripley, Tenn., daughter of Dave and Ardella Reed Glenn. She married Samuel Morgan, who preceded her in death.

Survivors include a brother, Reed Barbee of Chicago; 30 nieces and nephews including Charlene Gafford of Cape Girardeau, with whom she made her home, and 60 great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Howardville. The Rev. Reo Moore will officiate, with burial in Simmons Park Cemetery at Catron.

Williams-Farr-Purnell Funeral Home at Howardville is in charge of arrangements. There is no visitation.
