William Henry Quade, 82, of Eagle, Colo., died Sunday, Oct. 13, 1996, at his home.
He was born Aug. 7, 1914, at Randles, son of Herbert and Freida Gerecke Quade. He and Della A. Adams were married April 18, 1935, at Gordonville. She died Feb. 8, 1993.
Quade was a heavy equipment mechanic and service representative in Cape Girardeau with Fabick Equipment. He was a member of Operating Engineers Local 513.
Survivors include a daughter, Doris Anselm of Eagle; three brothers, Harry Quade of Chaffee, Norman and Paul Quade of Cape Girardeau; seven sisters, Margaret Burnette of Chaffee, Allene Metheny of Charles City, Iowa, Leola Bryant of Cape Girardeau, Emma Pedersen of Springfield, Mo., Naomi Suzuki of Springfield, Ill., Magdaline Carter of Knoxville, Tenn., Rose Quade of Dexter; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 4-8 p.m. Thursday.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the chapel, with the Rev. Larry Galloway officiating. Entombment will be in Memorial Park Mausoleum.
