PERRYVILLE -- William O. Skaggs, 83, of Perryville, died Thursday, Jan. 5, 1995, at Perry County Memorial Hospital. He was born May 10, 1911, at Ezra, son of George W. and Elizabeth Hahn Skaggs. PERRYVILLE -- William O. Skaggs, 83, of Perryville, died Thursday, Jan. 5, 1995, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.

He was born May 10, 1911, at Ezra, son of George W. and Elizabeth Hahn Skaggs. He and Hazel Tucker were married March 17, 1943.

Skaggs was a member of St. James Catholic Church at Crosstown, and VFW Post 4284 at Perryville.

Survivors include his wife.

He was preceded in death by a brother and sister.

Friends may call at Miller Family Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. today, and 6:30-9:30 a.m. Saturday. A wake will be held at 7 tonight, and rosary at 9 a.m. Saturday.

Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. James Church, with the Rev. Charles Rice officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
