Griffin, 83 years old, died Sunday, March 17, 1991, at Daystar Care Center.

He retired as manager of Rodgers Theaters Inc. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Cairo Elks 651, Cairo Masonic Lodge 237 AF&AM, KIM Shrine Club here, Ainad Shrine Temple, and was a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason.

Survivors include his wife, Bea, and a niece, Janie Barnette of Clifton Forge, Va.
