PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- William H. Kutz, 85, of Perryville died Monday, Feb. 16, 2004, at Perry County Nursing Home. He was born Dec. 26, 1918, in Perry County, son of Henry and Rosa Dosenbach Kutz. He and Lorine M. Buchheit were married Feb. 16, 1946. Kutz had been a laborer for Sansone Concrete Co. and also farmed. He was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, American Legion Post 133, and VFW Post 4282...

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- William H. Kutz, 85, of Perryville died Monday, Feb. 16, 2004, at Perry County Nursing Home.

He was born Dec. 26, 1918, in Perry County, son of Henry and Rosa Dosenbach Kutz. He and Lorine M. Buchheit were married Feb. 16, 1946.

Kutz had been a laborer for Sansone Concrete Co. and also farmed. He was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, American Legion Post 133, and VFW Post 4282.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors include two sons, Bill and Eddie Kutz of Perryville; six daughters, Ruth Sutterer of Pacific, Mo., Nancy Sisson of Bloomington, Minn., Faye Balsman of Chesterfield, Mo., Linda Ruessler of Perryville, Susie Sivill of La Crosse, Wis., Lori Kirn of Roswell, Ga.; a brother, Jessie Kutz of Biehle, Mo.; 24 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death three brothers.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:30 to 9:40 a.m. The wake will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday. The rosary will be recited at 9 a.m. Thursday.

The funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Vincent de Paul Church, with the Rev. Kevin Fausz officiating. Burial will be in St. Maurus Cemetery at Biehle, with graveside service by American Legion Post 133.
