WOLF LAKE, Ill. -- William "Bill" Hull Sr., 72, of Wolf Lake died Thursday, Feb. 28, 2002, at his home.
He was born July 17, 1929, in Mitchell, Ill., son of William Henry and Alma Blanche Beacock Hull. He and Barbara Pearson were married July 17, 1984.
Hull was a railroad inspector. He was a member of Masonic Lodge 877 AF&AM in Granite City, Ill.
Survivors include his wife; a son, William Hull Jr. of Granite City; two daughters, Carolyn Young and Lorrie Stoppokkotte of Granite City; three stepsons, Roger Beegle of Cobden, Ill., Kenneth Beegle of Olive Branch, Ill., Kevin Beegle of Mounds, Ill.; a stepdaughter, Ellen Stanley of Wetaug, Ill.; a brother, Reuben Hull of Thebes, Ill.; a sister, Wilma Cole of Louisville, Ky.; and numerous grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and a sister.
Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Anna, Ill., from 5-7 p.m. today. Masonic service will be at 6:30 by Caledonia Lodge 47 AF&AM.
His body was donated to Southern Illinois University School of Medicine.
