William, 2, died Monday, Dec. 20, 1999, at LeBonheur Children's Hospital in Memphis.

He was born Oct. 16, 1997, son of Terry and Mindy Ueleke Fischer of Germantown, Tenn.

Survivors include his parents; maternal grandparents, John and Margaret Ueleke of Memphis; paternal grandparents, Richard and Judy Fischer of Collierville, Tenn.; and great-grandmothers, Helen Ueleke and Lillian Ritter of Cape Girardeau.
