William Bullis

FREDERICKTOWN, Mo. — William Clarence Bullis, 61, of Fredericktown died Monday, April 24, 2017, in a traffic accident near Sedgewickville, Missouri.

Born on March 29, 1956, in Ironton, Missouri, he was the son of LeRoy Homer and Hattie Ellen Miller Bullis. He married Kathy Ann Huff on Aug. 18, 1990. She survives.

He was employed as a racing-engine mechanic for FTZ Performance of Cape Girardeau. He was of the Baptist faith.

Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Diana (Jerry) Lambert of Belleview, Missouri; a brother, James (Nancy) Bullis of Farmington, Missouri; his father- and mother-in-law, Loran and Margaret Huff Sr. of Marquand, Missouri; a brother-in-law, Loran (Marie) Huff Jr. of Patton, Missouri; grandchildren, Olivia Lambert, McKenzie Lambert, Keagan Lambert and Emma Rhynes; nieces, Amanda Dunn, Beth Parker and Alexandra Bullis; and nephews, Nathaniel Bullis, Aaron Bullis, James Bullis and Steven Huff.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jerry Bullis.

Visitation and memorial service will be Saturday at Marquand Baptist Church in Marquand. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. The Rev. Derrek Meek will officiate.
