PERRYVILLE -- Willard F. Petzoldt, 69, of Perryville died Saturday, Jan. 30, 1993, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau. He was born Feb. 21, 1923 at Altenburg, the son of Theo and Emilie Franke Petzoldt. On Oct. 19, 1947, he married the former Helen M. Hoffman. She survives...

PERRYVILLE -- Willard F. Petzoldt, 69, of Perryville died Saturday, Jan. 30, 1993, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Feb. 21, 1923 at Altenburg, the son of Theo and Emilie Franke Petzoldt.

On Oct. 19, 1947, he married the former Helen M. Hoffman. She survives.

He is also survived by two daughters, Jacqueline Yeager, St. Louis, Beverly Lafayette, St. Charles, Ill.; one brother, Elmer Petzoldt, Cape Girardeau; one sister, Flora Wunderlich, Altenburg; three grandchildren and one step-great-granddaughter.

Two brothers preceded him in death.

He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville and a veteran of World War II.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville.

Funeral service will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville with the Rev. Jeffrey Lloyd officiting.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
